How fast is your shipping?
Most of our orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase from our sunny miami hive, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-7 business days of its ship date if you are located within the continental U.S. If you need your item(s) sooner, please select an expedited shipping option. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable.
We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays
What is your online return policy?
For Bohemian Hive Vintage online orders, all SALES ARE FINAL SALE. Since all BH Vintage items are FINAL SALE, please make sure to e-mail us with any questions regarding the specific products you are interested in purchasing.
For Bohemian Hive - The Label, we accept items in new condition with original tags attached for an exchange or online store credit. There’s no restocking fee and we offer easy Exchanges with our customers. We do not offer refunds or returns. All returns for Bohemian Hive - The Label must be unworn with the tags still attached and received within 14 days.
Bohemian Hive monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
What if my return is late?
All returns should be in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached. Any returns received postmarked after 14 days from the ship date are ineligible for return and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our Hive.
Can I return Final Sale items? What if it was a gift?
Final Sale items cannot be returned. No exceptions will be made for sizing, fit, or fabric issues. We understand that buying Final Sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about the style, please reach out to us before placing your order. Sorry, but items purchased as a gift are still applicable to our 'Final Sale' policy and cannot be returned. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately - we will try to work things out for you.
What if I need to exchange something for a different size or color?
Not a problem! If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) for a credit towards your account used to make the original and place a new order for the new product interested in.
How do I exchange an order?
For your return, please:
Contact us first & let us know that you’d like to make an exchange. Then, Put anything you want to exchange from your order in a mailer & ship it back to us via your preferred courier.
You will be responsible for any return shipping fees. Any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable. We cannot exchange a lost return- please make sure to confirm tracking details before sending item(s) back to Bohemian Hive.
