The Habotai Silk Pareo - Summer Skies

from $60.00

Who says a pareo is only for the beach?

To the naked eye, this is a simple piece of silk fabric you have as your resort-wear companion. But in the eyes of this creative, it's so much more than that.

We see a world of inspiration pulled from the earth, desert, ocean and sky. We see a soft, lightweight delicious fabric hugging every section of your beautiful curves in the sexiest of ways: whether it's tied with your bathing suit for the beach, or with a mock-neck tee during the fall or folded together as a mini skirt with your favorite boots. You can wear now, wear forever.

Because each piece is hand crafted individually, no two are ever the same. We like to think of each individual piece as art. Because, in reality - that’s exactly what it is. Hand Dyed in collaboration with Brooklyn Textile Artist, Kristin Culmo.

About the Collection:

Limited Edition collectors piece, a part of our To Dye For capsule created with the collaboration of Bohemian Hive x Brooklyn-based textile artist, Kris Culmo.

While tie-dye clothing is typically considered a summer staple, we like to think each piece created for this capsule collection as artwork you can wear year round. We’ve styled our dyes inspired by array of styles with sweat pants, leather, trouser pants and more. Our dyed pieces are a handcrafted process through natural inspiration and materials with formulas custom created for BH. Each individual piece is it's own work of art. No two are the same.

Not only are you buying a pareo to muti-wear your way through the year, you are also purchasing a piece of art you could hang in your home as tapestry. And we love that about this collection.
